Designed to mount a lighting fixture or accessories onto the baby swivel pin and angle it in any direction. Unique ratcheting handle allows all axis to lock with one locking handle which is made by zinc die-casting. The 16mm socket (inside) and 28mm (outside) barrel also fit a junior receiver while removing the tightening knob.
